Travel Appointments

London appointments, with selected travel by request.

The M Hair Bar offers appointments throughout London, with selected international appointments available by request.

Whether you're travelling for a wedding, holiday, campaign, photoshoot or special event, we're available to travel.

International appointments are quoted individually based on destination, travel requirements and availability.

Our Approach

Healthy hair comes first.

We use styling products intentionally and avoid excessive gel application as part of our standard styling process.

Our goal is to create styles that feel natural, last well and support the long-term health of your hair.

If you'd prefer a stronger hold or additional styling products, please let us know before your appointment.

Booking Information

Appointments are available across London by advance booking only.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive your appointment details together with everything you need to prepare for your visit.

Booking Policy

Booking & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

Your booking fee will be deducted from your final balance.

Appointments are only confirmed once your booking fee has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

48+ hours' notice — your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.

Less than 48 hours' notice — your booking fee will be forfeited.

Same-day cancellations will be treated as a late cancellation.

No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Future bookings may require payment in full.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Up to 15 minutes late — we'll do our best to accommodate you.

More than 15 minutes late — your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

More than 20 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with your hair:

Freshly washed

Fully blow-dried

Completely detangled

Free from oils, grease and styling products

If you're unable to arrive with your hair blow-dried, please email us before booking and we'll discuss the best option for your appointment.

Hair Extensions

Clients are responsible for bringing their own hair unless purchasing hair directly through The M Hair Bar.

If you're unsure which hair to purchase, please get in touch before your appointment and we'll be happy to advise.

Guests

To keep appointments relaxed and on schedule, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless you've contacted us beforehand.

Children

Children are welcome only if they have a booked appointment.

Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

We accept: Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bank Transfer.

Changing Your Appointment

If you'd like to change your booked service, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.

We'll always do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
